Suggested review sequence
- Confirm physical usable inventory before copying system counts.
- Confirm which open purchase orders are still expected and when.
- Compare net available inventory with the documented reorder point.
- Flag inventory that has not moved during the shop’s selected aging window.
- Assign a specific next action, owner, and review date.
